Product Warranty
Product warranty on new equipment purchased from SCAN COIN Ltd is for a period of 12 months from the supply date. This will cover the cost of labour and parts required due to equipment failure due to poor construction or materials.
Repairs Warranty
Any repairs to equipment performed by SCAN COIN technicians are covered by SCAN COIN repairs warranty, if equipment fails within 3 months in an identical manner both parts, and labour, will be provided free of charge.
Any parts fitted by SCAN COIN during repair are also covered for 3 months from the date of fitting unless they have replaced a part which is less than 9 months old, whereupon the warranty will be for 12 months from the original equipment supply.
Warranty Exclusions
Failure of customers to follow the correct operator procedures as set out in the Ops Manual or separately advised can invalidate the warranty. Fire, flood or external damage to the equipment is also not covered under the warranty.
