We offer a range of support options, so let's go through your support needs together. It is possible you have some equipment that is crucial for your business, and therefore might need extra attention than the regular equipment. Our support options can be customised to fit your needs accordingly, which means that you will only pay for what you really need.

We can provide service contract cover for your equipment or systems, supported by our field service team. Service contract customers have the ability to log calls with our service centre and receive on-site support, with all parts and labour charges covered, for a single annual fee.

Service support is normally available from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, and we normally expect to respond to your needs within 8 working hours of the call out.

Return to Base

With smaller pieces of equipment, it may be more convenient and cost effective to arrange a repair or service at our offices in Salford. That can be done with a return to base contract, and is particularly beneficial with equipment such as bank note counters or small coin counters.

With a return to base contract the unit can be shipped to our technical support team at Salford for a fast service and return to you.

For clients with a large number of small units, this can often be a very effective method of ensuring a fast return to service, as it is often possible to have 'service replacement' units available that we can dispatch by return to the site, with the repaired unit then being used as the next 'service replacement'.

Extended Hours Coverage

For locations that have critical requirements - locations running extended hours or extra shift, of clients that have specific peak time operation that are outside of the normal "9 to 5" routine, we can offer a range of options from telephone helpline support late into the evening or over the weekends, or even on site support through these critical times.
