SCAN COIN can provide service contract cover for your equipment or systems, supported by our field service team. Service contract customers have the ability to log calls with our service centre and receive on-site support, with all parts and labour charges covered, for a single annual fee.
Service support is normally available from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, and we normally expect to respond to your needs within 8 working hours of the call out.
