Packaging Equipment

When the coins have been verified, counted and sorted you have the option to process them further as loose bulk or to package them. For most businesses the coins are easier to handle if packaged in some way - either in rolls, sachets or boxes.

We manufacture and market a number of different solutions to facilitate your coin handling and we are of course interested in discussing your needs to find the best solution for you.

MSS - Multi Sachet Solution

Current production process at CIT premises drives cost and is inefficient. Supplying Till Floats is a highly manual production process with lot of staff involved. It’s an ineffective production with high labour cost added with apparent risk for inaccuracies due to stress. Todays process allows little or non-existing adaptivity to customer needs i.e. CIT deliver mostly till float in standard sachet/coin rolls and note bundles.

MSS is a high volume machine for automated packaging of teller floats giving you full flexibility to pack sachet strings. Allows for till floats exactly as per the Retail customer’s requirements. MSS cn meet customer’s changes of requirements – anytime. It's an extremely time and cost efficient production solution.

Coin Sachet System

With this solution you reduce bank charges for handling and bagging loose cash. No change of rolls for different denominations is necessary since all sachets are made from a standard roll of plastic film and you can easily change the size of the bag accordingly, without any major production stops. Additionally, the flexible system can be combined with a loose coin lift and a bulk-bagging unit.
